COORDINATOR / CASHIER POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cashier in automotive to join our team. This position requires strong timemangagement skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Duties
- Handle customer payment transactions
- Cash payments
- Check payments
- Credit card payments
- Assisting with refunds.
- Provide customers with necessary receipt information.
- Assist customers with loaner car transportation
- Creating loaner agreements upon pickup.
- Checking loaner cars back in upon delivery.
- Assisting with scheduling customers that request for pick up & delivery appointments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Strong time management.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
