Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping people. No previous roofing experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Previous experience in customer service, especially from roles like serving or hospitality, is highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to identify their roofing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide estimates and walk clients through the roofing process, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
- Manage and track sales leads, following up on inquiries and setting appointments.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of each project.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- A positive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in hospitality or sales, is a plus.
