Transport Dynamics, a division of RBC Bearings, Inc., located in Santa Ana, CA, is the leading manufacturer of self-lubricated bearings for space, aerospace and industrial applications, is currently looking for Sales Data Analyst to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets.
Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines, and regularly scheduled program reviews.
Assisting the Product Managers and Business Development Manager with commercial and technical proposals.
Tracking of divisional programs and objectives
Back-up to CSR: Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in business analytics or related field highly preferred.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Be a highly motivated, self-starter that is capable of multi-tasking.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle fast paced working environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Ability, willingness to travel up to 20% depending on business needs.

Physical & Environmental Factors:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works indoors within the office and manufacturing areas. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud. Also, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or to hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

An employee s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Pay Range: $28.85 - 33.66 per hour
