- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using dealership software to track leads and follow-ups.
- Help maintain vehicles that are on the lot keeping the lot looking presentable
- Maintain your work area and general sales floor area
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize retail math to calculate payments, financing options, and trade-in values for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
