ERP/SAP Super User – Sales and Distribution (S&D)

As an ERP Super User, you’ll play a key role in driving ERP compliance for the Sales and Distribution module in SAP, interfacing with the Customer Facing Aftermarket and Services side of the business. This is an exciting role, as you’ll be an ambassador for the business by utilizing your expertise and knowledge of the roles, processes and tasks of users in S&D environments. In addition to this, you’ll also play a key role in being the link between the business users, business processes and IT systems. You’ll also get to interact across businesses/ functions to include Manufacturing, Assembly and Test, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, Export/Import, Planning and Control, Programs, Engineering as well as Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs).

Key Accountabilities:
- Acting as an experienced S&D Super User with authority within integrated team projects to design and buy-off business processes on behalf of Rolls-Royce
- Analyzing Business requirements in the area of S&D, including coordination of workshop requirements
- Identifying opportunities and proposing business solutions to improve processes
- Participating in global Super User forums and working with 3PL systems interfacing with RR SAP and EDI
- Developing, designing and implementing continuous improvement projects and interacting and building relationships with other teams in the overall Supply Chain
- Delivering education and training material to business users in S&D processes and enhancements
- Planning and participating in data cut-over related to implementation and system enhancements
- Spearheading user acceptance including creation of relevant documentation for test plans ensuring systems perform as designed and to the business requirements

Basic Requirements:
- An Associate’s degree in Business Management, IT, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing or Engineering and 7 years of experience with SAP or ERP systems/planning OR;
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing or Engineering and 5 years of experience with SAP or ERP systems/planning OR;
- A Master's degree in Business Management, Business IT, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing or Engineering and 3 years of experience with SAP or ERP systems/planning OR;
- In lieu of degree 9 years of experience with SAP or ERP systems/planning
- 2 years SAP experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Quality Management or Sales and Distribution
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- In order to be considered for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with SAP training
- Project/program management experience
- SAP S/4 HANA experience
