Paralegal Legal Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our off-site corporate attorney by sending him the necessary paperwork he needs to file lawsuits and liens. Your primary goal is to collect money that is owed to us by our residential customers. This job can be part-time or full time and we can discuss working remotely for additional hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sending the attorney the necessary paperwork for collections and lawsuits.
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Investigate facts to help with collections
• Communicate with our attorney and customers
• Record and store client information
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
