Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and menu offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for the nightlife scene or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
