Responsibilities : The Floor Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to :
Stripping and Refinishing Vinyl Floors : Expertise in stripping and refinishing vinyl floors using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
Carpet Cleaning : Thoroughly clean carpets using various methods, including hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and spot cleaning.
Floor Buffing : Buff and polish various floor surfaces, including hardwood, marble, and tile, to maintain a high-quality shine.
Tile & Grout Cleaning : Deep clean tile and grout using specialized equipment and techniques to remove stains and restore their original appearance.
Window Cleaning : Clean windows and glass surfaces both inside and outside of commercial buildings.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in commercial floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
Knowledge of various floor cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
Ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible schedule to accommodate varying client needs.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
