Floor Care & Project Specialist (Full Time)
Position Summary :
The Floor Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to :
- Stripping and Refinishing Vinyl Floors : Expertise in stripping and refinishing vinyl floors using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
- Carpet Cleaning : Thoroughly clean carpets using various methods, including hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and spot cleaning.
- Floor Buffing : Buff and polish various floor surfaces, including hardwood, marble, and tile, to maintain a high-quality shine.
- Tile & Grout Cleaning : Deep clean tile and grout using specialized equipment and techniques to remove stains and restore their original appearance.
- Window Cleaning : Clean windows and glass surfaces both inside and outside of commercial buildings.
