Floor Care & Project Technician - 40 Hours

Responsibilities : The Floor Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to :

  • Stripping and Refinishing Vinyl Floors : Expertise in stripping and refinishing vinyl floors using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
  • Carpet Cleaning : Thoroughly clean carpets using various methods, including hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and spot cleaning.
  • Floor Buffing : Buff and polish various floor surfaces, including hardwood, marble, and tile, to maintain a high-quality shine.
  • Tile & Grout Cleaning : Deep clean tile and grout using specialized equipment and techniques to remove stains and restore their original appearance.
  • Window Cleaning : Clean windows and glass surfaces both inside and outside of commercial buildings.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in commercial floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
  • Knowledge of various floor cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
  • Ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation
