- Supports all phases of projects from inception through completion such as infrastructure, automation, construction, machinery, warehouse, and production environments.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and communicate with business partners, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ability to oversee a project to ensure successful installation of new equipment.
- Prepare, proof, and edit documents, correspondences, spreadsheets, and reports as directed ensuring accuracy and meeting all established deadlines.
- Comprehension of simulation software in the development of new processes.
- Research and development of new equipment related to automation of manufacturing and warehousing processes to optimize efficiencies and services, such as AMR’s, AGV’s, & Cobots.
- Utilize continuous improvement techniques and concepts with the intent of improving processes and workflows, maximizing spatial utilization, reducing operational expenses, and improving productivity to assist the management team in achieving business objectives.
- Prepare RFI’s/RFP’s, review and process submittals and drawings.
- Monitor equipment - including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out using a CMMS.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company safety policy and OSHA requirements.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, structural or related field) & preferably 3-5 years’ experience.
- Must possess strong communication skills, including listening, writing, and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with many different people with diverse backgrounds and geographical locations.

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software applications.
