Salary :
Ron Bouchard's Acura of Auburn is seeking a part time Administrative Office Assistant with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience. This role will provide general office administration support while assisting our sales team with car registrations. The typical working hours would be 1 to 6pm Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities :
- Answers all incoming dealership calls promptly and professionally
- Cashiering parts slips and repair orders
- Processes vehicle contracts and verifies all documents are completed correctly and submitted to lending institutions
- Processes vehicle registrations through the CVR program
- Reconciles various accounting schedules
- Posts invoices : vehicles, accounts payables, warranty, etc
- Issues checks for lien payoffs and submits to lending institutions
