Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development: Research industry trends and create innovative content strategies that promote Ron Jaworski Golf and Ron Jaworski Weddings and Tennis.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and oversee the creation of websites, engaging blog posts and emails that resonate with the target audience.
Digital Presence: Enhance our websites to be professional, fun, and informative, incorporating SEO best practices to maximize visibility and traffic.
Analytics & Strategy: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analysis to inform and optimize future strategies.
Audience Engagement: Understand audience preferences and questions; develop content that answers their needs and drives interaction.
Collaboration & Events: Work with social media brand ambassador and collaborate with course General Managers on events; assist in organizing and attending promotional events to ensure their success.
Marketing Literature: Create and oversee the preparation of brochures, mailers, and other promotional materials.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with marketing meetings, prepare notes and follow-ups, and handle general administrative duties to maintain departmental organization.
Creative Ideation: Submit ideas for experiential marketing campaigns to enhance the companys brand and grow its presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content creation.
Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems.
Proficiency in creating graphics and visual content.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the golf, wedding, or sports/tennis industries.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.
