Roncelli, Inc. is looking for a full-time Concrete Estimator and Project Manager with a minimum of five (5) years of experience who can provide complete estimating services, competitive bid proposals, contract issuance, conceptual estimating, and value engineering opportunities for self-perform concrete construction. Manage self-perform projects, including bidding process, project planning, and scheduling of the entire concrete installation/placement process through close-out (safety, financials, document control, subcontractor management, site coordination support, owner relations, schedule, etc.).

Roncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan and this position will report to the main office.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering architecture or equivalent combinations of training and experience required.
• Experience: 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• CPR, 1st AID, OSHA 30, Certified Storm Water Operator preferred and pre-employment and annual Drug Tested
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Proven experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry, with a focus on concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough cost estimates for concrete projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures when possible.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members to ensure seamless project progress.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
