Position Overview:
As a Schedule Coordinator at Ronnie’s Carpets & Flooring, you will be an integral part of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling of our sub-contractors for flooring and carpet installation projects. You will work closely with customers, sales staff, and subcontractors to ensure that installations are planned, communicated effectively, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments between customers and sub-contractors.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper timing and communication for all installations.
- Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and provide updates.
- Track and manage multiple installation schedules simultaneously.
- Ensure all subcontractors have the necessary materials, directions, and timelines for their work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in scheduling, coordinating, or project management (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes or adjustments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.).
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
