CASHIER / RECEPTIONIST POSITION

**Job Requirements and Responsibilities:**
Full time; Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Answer phones / Transfer calls
Take emergencies
Send/Finalize service agreements
Process payments
Contact clients for payment.
Communicate clearly with DVMs, employees, and clients daily.
Provide exemplary customer service to both external and internal clients.
The ability to multitask and transition seamlessly between various tasks is expected.
Execute general clerical duties efficiently.
Ensure the timely disbursement and coordination of information.
Consistent attendance and reliability are essential.
The ability to remain seated for extended periods is required.
Basic knowledge of equine and medical terminology is preferred.
Openness to potential overtime and schedule adjustments based on seasonal needs is
essential.
A minimum of one year of experience in clerical and/or customer service roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount; effective communication is
crucial to our operations.
Maintain a courteous and composed demeanor in emergency or high-stress situations.
