Description:
Roof Maxx Indianapolis is a roofing company servicing central Indiana that specializes in roof rejuvenation, roof cleaning, and roof repairs. Roof Maxx of Indianapolis is searching for a full-time Sales Representative. Roofing and/or sales experience is not required. Compensation for the position is a combination of monthly stipend and uncapped commission. Benefits include a flexible schedule and company provided truck, equipment and sales materials. The Roof Maxx Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with customers, performing roof inspections, explaining the Roof Maxx process, and scheduling the job. The Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction from initial meeting through job completion. This position will play a key role in our mission to extend the life of roofs and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Perform roof inspections at residential and commercial locations
· Document the roof condition and obtain pictures
· Present the roof condition to homeowners
· Explain the Roof Maxx product and process
· Answer customer questions
· Close the sale and schedule the job
· Ensure customer satisfaction with job completion
· Maintain and update CRM system
· Maintain a clean company vehicle
Qualifications:
· Driver’s License required
· Clean driving record and criminal background
· Comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs (safety equipment and training provided)
· Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
· Organized, dependable, honest, and self-motivated
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRMs
· Roofing and sales experience not required
Work Hours: Work hours are flexible. The Sales Representative will have greater success and commission earnings if available on some evenings and/or weekends.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
