As our Finance Assistant, your wages will range between $16-$19/hr. You will also be eligible for paid time off, training opportunities, team building events and more! A Day in the Life of our Finance Assistant...
As a vital member of our finance team, you will have a hand in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Vendor Maintenance, 1099 Processing, Credit Card Reconciliation and other supporting accounting functions. You’ll review the AP mailbox daily and enter and code incoming invoices and credit memos, review supplier statements to ensure we have all invoices for our records. You’ll help with reviewing vendor statements to ensure we have all invoices for our records. You will also maintain our vendor master files and work closely with new suppliers to ensure we have all of the accurate financial and tax information needed to work with them. As a key member of this growing team, you’ll be assisting with other supporting finance-related tasks as directed by the Controller.

Experience in these areas are needed:
- General Accounting Knowledge - 2 years minimum hands-on experience
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Business Related Field Preferred
- QuickBooks Online - 1 year minimum hands-on experience working in QuickBooks in the areas of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, 1099 Processing, Credit Card Reconciliation, Customer Payment Processing and Payment Application; Bank Statement Reconciliations
- Experience with Field Service Invoicing - 1 Year Minimum Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and Docs
- Ability to work professionally and ethically in a remote environment with minimal hands-on supervision
- Ability to take initiative to complete assigned tasks timely and accurately
- Must have strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge test will be conducted prior to employment
- Candidates must provide a minimum of three work references to validate work history
Some things to know:
- Designated work hours: 40 hours, M-F between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Hybrid Position - 2 days in office and 3 days remote
