As an Expeditor, you are the final checkpoint in our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards before reaching our guests. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams will be essential in maintaining an exceptional dining experience. What You’ll Do

• Ensure Food Quality: Verify that all plates meet company presentation, portioning, and temperature standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Orchestrate Timing: Coordinate with kitchen stations to ensure all food for a table is ready simultaneously, following the “Just in Time” mentality.
• Communicate with Purpose: Maintain clear, respectful, and effective communication between kitchen staff and servers and food runners to ensure seamless service.
• Sell the Food: Call and sell tickets efficiently, prioritizing guest requests, re-cooks, appetizers, and entrées based on service needs.
• Maintain Efficiency: Keep expo stations stocked, organized, and running smoothly to prevent bottlenecks during peak service.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time: Identify and resolve issues that impact ticket times, food quality, and overall kitchen flow before they escalate.
• Support the Team: Assist line cooks, dishwashers, and servers by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth communication between FOH and BOH.
• Lead by Example: Display a high level of energy, focus, and professionalism while holding the team accountable to service and quality standards.
