What You’ll Do:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of our practice, responsible for greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth patient flow. If you’re outgoing, helpful, and eager to learn, you’ll fit right in!

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling procedures
- Proficient in English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software)
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
- Capable of building trust with patients, staff, and doctors
- Team player who communicates effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and notify staff of arrivals
- Answer calls, route inquiries, and provide information
- Schedule and adjust appointments to optimize patient care
- Maintain up-to-date patient files and records
- Process patient payments accurately
- Prepare correspondence and documents as requested
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments and monitor communication systems
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Assist with patient registration and necessary paperwork
- Follow up on patient care and treatment scheduling
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 26 per week
