Rose & Arrow Estate is a small, well-established winery focused on producing high-quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Harvest Intern.
Responsibilities/Duties
We require an intern who can assist with various tasks in the cellar and vineyards during the harvest season. This includes extensive cleaning of equipment, tanks, barrels, and the facility. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with fruit processing, sorting, destemming, pump overs, and other winemaking tasks. You may also be required to monitor fermentations and perform topping and general cellar work as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have full-time availability during the harvest season, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Previous cellar experience is preferred, but not essential. You should be punctual, reliable, and organized, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Initiative and a willingness to ask questions and work well with others are also essential. Shared housing is available for the duration of your internship.
