Harvest Laborer Needed
Rose & Arrow Estate is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Harvest Laborer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cellar and vineyards, with the chance to learn from experienced winemakers and contribute to the production of high-quality wines.
Responsibilities
As a Harvest Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the cellar and vineyards, including cleaning equipment, processing fruit, and monitoring fermentations. You may also be required to perform topping and general cellar work as needed. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as vineyard management, wine production, and cellar operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have full-time availability during the harvest season, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Previous cellar experience is preferred, but not essential. You should be punctual, reliable, and organized, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
