How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate : 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
Specific Systems Knowledge Required : Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and TEAMs, Outlook
Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred : Microsoft package, TEAMS and Outlook
Any Required Certifications : none
Expected Shift : Day : 8am-4 : 30pm
Interview Process : Teams then 2 in-person interviews
Top Three things Worker will be doing : Coordinating and making sure AMD is supported in Calendar and all meetings, cross cover team members for other senior leader support, coordinating materials and putting together PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
Top Three Skillsets needed : Organizational skills and able to multi-task, team player and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Looking for someone who can hit the ground running with little guidance, can work independently but also work with a team, able to communicate effectively with all levels including senior leadership.Support most senior executives (i.e., SVP, President, CEO), particularly in large organizations. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data. Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills. May train and supervise other administrative staff. This is perfect!
