Job Summary:
As CFO, you'll be a key member of the leadership team responsible for financial strategy, operations, and risk management. You will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow, compliance, and funding strategies across our diverse business units. You’ll work closely with the CEO and department heads to ensure each business line is financially healthy and aligned with our overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies tailored to each business unit and the company as a whole
- Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions across different industries
- Support expansion of each business unit
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across all divisions
- Analyze financial trends and recommend improvements or adjustments
- Manage cash flow across multiple revenue streams and cost centers
- Implement tools and systems to track profitability by business line
- Ensure financial practices comply with relevant regulations across industries
- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
- Evaluate capital investment opportunities across business units
- Collaborate with department leaders to support financial literacy and accountability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a finance director or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and cash management
- Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including Excel, and reporting dashboards
- Bachelor’s in finance or related degree
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
