Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.(TOP PRIORITY)
- Develop and maintain client records including all client interactions.
- Coordinate and handle both hospital and boarding schedules.
- Provide customer service support to clients.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns..
- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Must be reliable and on-time for shifts.
- Compassionate and empathetic in all situations.
- Ability to provide basic veterinary knowledge, including veterinary procedures using veterinary terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
