The Environmental Services Director is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building and grounds and overseeing the team of maintenance technicians and housekeepers. Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-insPrepares and follows approved budget, including tracking utility consumption and expense filesMaintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenanceResponds appropriately to resident or community emergencies by assisting as neededQualifications : Minimum 3 years' experience working in Environmental Services or building maintenanceFinancial knowledge for proper budgeting and cost containment in an organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills required for interacting with residents, guests, and fellow associatesDue to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and the fact that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completedPay : $70,000 to $76,000 annual salary based on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
