Summary:
Assist in carrying out the administrative, operational, and strategic roles of the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in staffing activities including, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement applicant screening and selection processes.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Contribute to positive employer (management)/employee relations thereby promoting employee success and the realization of business goals by:
- Collect and analyze data specific to job analysis, develop and maintain job descriptions and employee performance appraisals.
- Collect and analyze data specific to employee retention.
- Assist in the development, communication and implementation of company policies.
- Assist in disciplinary actions as needed.
- Participate in terminations and investigations, as needed.
- May participate in representing Rosenboom at hearings such as unemployment.
- Participate in training and development program including, but not limited to:
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Analyze training needs.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relative field, preferred.
- One to three years of relative experience to the responsibilities of this position, preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
