What You’ll Do:
As an RN Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit. This includes making sure that our patients are receiving top-notch care, managing staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with doctors and other team members to develop care plans and make sure our patients’ needs are always met. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, care coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met in the unit.
- Mentor nursing staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Manage schedules and contribute to budget oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in long term or short term care is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- BSN required; MSN or advanced certifications a plus.
