The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients, inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling patients, administrative functions, and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify patient needs
- Directly greet and service patients for scheduled appointments as well as impromptu visits
- Excellent and professional phone and office etiquette
- Verifying and retrieving benefits online for patients prior to appointment
- Verify patient insurance and prepare charts
- Handle a high volume phone - scheduling and confirming appointments
- Assist in Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Provide general administrative support
