Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Rosina Food Products, Inc. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, facility management, preventive maintenance, and building maintenance in our Buffalo, NY location.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing (frozen food experience = 💯 bonus!)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, PSM, and industrial maintenance
- Experience with blueprints, mechanical drawings & technical documents
- A proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production equipment runs efficiently
- Diagnose & resolve mechanical issues
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Lead & develop a skilled maintenance team

Salary : $66,000 - $100,000
