We're seeking a highly skilled Store Protection Specialist to join our team. This role provides a visible presence at store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud and maintaining a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
Job Summary:
This position involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for both associates and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security strategies to minimize operational shortage and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with Company dress code and represents the Company brand at all times.
- Collaborates with store leadership to ensure compliance with loss prevention directives and minimization of operational shortage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment:
- Identifies and addresses potential safety issues on the sales floor and ensures a safe, clear egress to emergency exits.
- Monitors entrances/exits as well as sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.
- Developing Great Teams & Partnerships:
- Treats all customers and associates with respect, demonstrating courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Recognizes associates using Company recognition programs.
- High school education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
- One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
