Roth Capital Partners, LLC is looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to our Consumer Team. Roth is a relationship-driven investment bank focused on serving growth companies and their investors. In addition to capital markets and M&A advisory services, our full-service platform provides a variety of capital markets solutions, including high impact equity research, macroeconomic perspectives, sales and trading, technical insights, derivatives strategies and corporate access. Investment Banking Analysts are an important part of deal teams, work closely with senior-level bankers, and are responsible for assisting in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for public and private companies. Our entrepreneurial culture provides Analysts with the opportunity to make significant contributions to engagements with exposure to live deals and on the job learning experience. This in-person role will be in the firm’s Newport Beach, CA office.
Responsibilities :
- Search, collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data;
- Organize, review and analyze due diligence processes and materials;
- Develop valuation analyses and models (projections, public comparables, precedent M&A transactions, LBO, DCF, etc.), including the use of proprietary financial models and databases to create charts, dashboards and supporting material;
- Prepare comprehensive information packages, pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials;
- Provide administrative support to senior bankers as required; and
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : 70,000 base plus annual discretionary bonus.
