Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and availability.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking to assign and track service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt responses to service needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and related technologies.
