Job Summary
Roto-Rooter is seeking a highly motivated Water Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate water damage restoration projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in water restoration, insurance claims processes, and managing field teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water damage restoration projects, including mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction.
- Lead and supervise field teams to ensure work is completed on time and meets industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a seamless restoration process.
- Conduct on-site inspections, assess damage, and develop restoration plans.
- Prepare and submit estimates, invoices, and necessary documentation for insurance claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and job documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in water restoration, project management, or a related field.
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
