What You’ll DoAs our HR Generalist & Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll wear two important hats:
HR & People Operations
- Recruit, onboard, and train customer service staff
- Support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll, and compliance with labor laws
- Create and enforce HR policies that drive a positive workplace culture
Customer Service Leadership
- Supervise and coach the customer service team to ensure excellent support
- Monitor service metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism
- Implement training programs to enhance team performance
- 3 years in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management
- 2 years of customer service or team leadership experience
- Strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about creating great employee and customer experiences
