As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind Rove’s expansion into new retail dispensaries and delivery services. Your primary role will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and be the face of Rove in the fast growing Illinois marketplace. This role provides a gateway to a variety of career growth opportunities within our sales team and beyond. Responsibilities :
- Make cold calls and outreach to dispensaries and delivery services within your assigned region to bring in new business opportunities.
- Present Rove products to potential clients, demonstrating the benefits and value that our offerings provide to their businesses.
- Develop strategic sales plans that align with regional growth objectives. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement regional promotional strategies that effectively promote Rove’s brand and drive sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail dispensaries and delivery services. Be proactive in addressing customer needs, handling objections, and resolving issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Create customer success strategies aimed at increasing sales and growing revenue within your existing accounts. Help to onboard new clients and maintain healthy relationships with existing ones.
- Stay current on Rove product offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Share insights and feedback with the team to ensure we stay ahead of market demands.
- Use our CRM system to accurately track and document all sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Ensure timely follow-ups and organized records.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and brand-building efforts.
