What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Growth Associate position at Rove?
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Massachusetts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies to drive sales growth within existing accounts.
Your duties will include working with the marketing and sales team to identify opportunities for growth, making cold calls to dispensaries and delivery services, and successfully executing vendor days by promoting and educating customers about Rove's products.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in account management or outside sales are preferred.
