Duties
- Conduct account analysis and prepare reports on financial performance.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits, ensuring all transactions are documented properly.
- Perform accounting functions such as month-end closing processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in public accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.
- Ability to analyze accounts effectively, identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
