Compensation:
$94,000- $108,000 plus bonus potential

Description:
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact? As our Collection Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader managing our Collections department. This role provides the unique opportunity to make a difference in the financial health of our members and the organization. Directly and through others, you will foster strong teamwork, develop and implement leading strategies and innovate to achieve results in Consumer, Mortgage and Business loan collections.
What You'll Do:
Lead with Vision: Provide strategic and operational leadership to our collection and loss mitigation functions.
Innovate: Develop and implement leading strategies and processes to manage delinquency, charge-offs, and repossessed/foreclosed assets.
Mentor: Develop and supervise leaders and a team of dedicated collection professionals, guiding their training, growth and development.
Collaborate: Work closely with lending and branch operations to achieve our goals as well as reduce and control risk.
Analyze: Utilize data and technology solutions to identify and manage risks efficiently and effectively.
Automate: Manage and optimize automated systems and technologies for collections processes. Drive efficiency.
Report: Report on factors driving delinquency trends.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to collection activities.
Manage Assets: Oversee the acquisition, management, and liquidation of OREO and other repossessed assets.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in collection, credit, or lending.
Five (5) years of strategic and operational leadership in collection and loss mitigation functions.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Collection management in a financial institution.
Experience in collection management within a financial institution and familiarity with collection management software systems and tools.
Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
