THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A GPS FINISH BLADE OPERATOR
This full-time blade operating role with our civil engineering company works 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities.
Your day as a GPS Finish Blade Operator starts with reviewing blueprints and project plans, ensuring you're dialed in on the specifications and contours required. You climb into the cab of your GPS-controlled road grader, adjusting settings to match the day's objectives. With precision, you guide the grader, shaping the earth to meet exact elevations and contours, your GPS ensuring every move aligns with the plan. Throughout the day, you're not just operating - you're mentoring and sharing your expertise with team members eager to learn the art of finish grading. Each pass you make is a step closer to a flawless surface, and by day's end, you take pride in seeing the groundwork perfectly prepped for the project's next phase.
OUR IDEAL GPS FINISH BLADE OPERATOR
We're looking for an operating pro that can meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience operating GPS-equipped road graders
- Proficiency with reading plans, specs, and drawings
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site to ensure project goals are met
