Role: Business Development & Field Service Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Friday

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and business growth? We're looking for a Business Development & Field Service Manager based at Aldridge to drive our Midlands operations to new heights!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with regional customers to expand our workshop and field service business.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of Field Service Operations, ensuring top-notch service quality and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of Field Service Engineers and admin staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Financial Accountability: Take charge of P&L aspects, ensuring profitability and budget adherence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations through innovative solutions.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the truck, coach, “off highway”, or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and a robust approach to Health & Safety and quality standards.
