Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing working capital.
Capital Structuring:
Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, equity offerings, and investor relations.
