Schedule:
- Night Shift Hours:
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Training Schedule:
- Trainees will start at $14.00 per hour and train between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM for the first two weeks.
- Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to regular night shift hours.
- Wage Increase Opportunity:
- Wages will increase to $16.00 per hour if the candidate consistently meets the minimum production level of 30 units per hour without damages every 60 minutes for one week.
Career Advancement Opportunity:
- Next Level Position: Embroidery Lead
- Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Promotion Requirements:
- The candidate can request a promotion to Embroidery Lead after consistently meeting the minimum production requirements for 90 days.
- To qualify, the candidate must pass a training test by successfully training another person on the embroidery machine and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation:
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, selecting appropriate threads, needles, and fabrics based on project requirements.
- Design Execution:
- Interpret and implement embroidery designs, ensuring accurate placement and alignment on the material.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor the embroidery process, inspect finished products for defects, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Material Preparation:
- Prepare materials for embroidery by hooping and framing garments, ensuring they are correctly positioned for accurate design application.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, machine settings, and inventory of embroidery supplies.
Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
