Roles and Responsibilities:
Google PPC, SEO, and Web Optimization
- Must have hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Bing Ads campaigns, specifically within debt settlement, debt relief, or financial services, ensuring compliance with industry ad policies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and maintain Performance Max placements to enhance campaign efficiency and boost organic rankings.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies; implement UI/UX improvements to drive higher conversion rates and better user experiences.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead SEO efforts including on-page/off-page optimization, link-building, and technical SEO updates to improve search engine visibility.
- Partner with content teams to apply SEO best practices across all digital platforms for greater organic reach.
- Maintain regular communication with Google Ads reps to review campaign performance, explore new tactics, and report progress to leadership.
Direct Mail Campaigns
- Plan and execute targeted direct mail initiatives to support lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors to design brand-aligned mail pieces.
- Manage logistics from production to distribution while maintaining accurate databases for successful campaign execution.
- Analyze results and align direct mail strategies with digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
Additional Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Ads Editor.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Skilled in data analysis using tools like Power BI or Zoho Analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring timely and efficient marketing execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving digital strategies.
