Position Overview: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts for Red Rock Property Services, specializing in High Rise Window Cleaning, High Reach Commercial Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Porter, and Sweeping services. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Foster strong, long-lasting partnerships through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Account Oversight:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s service requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Monitor and track account performance metrics, ensuring the company’s services meet agreed-upon standards and expectations.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for service enhancements and upselling.
- Operational Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services for assigned accounts.
- Communicate client-specific requirements and timelines to operational staff.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss account statuses, challenges, and improvements.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the company’s revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Assist with associations events.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and account-related documents.
- Prepare and deliver client reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Support billing and invoicing processes by ensuring accuracy and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in the commercial property services industry.
- Strong understanding of High-Rise Window Cleaning, High Reach Commercial Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Porter, and Sweeping services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
