The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns and promotions. This role involves managing external partner communications, facilitating creative asset delivery, and streamlining internal collaboration across various teams. Key Responsibilities:- Partner Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding marketing campaigns.
- Meeting Management: Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly partner meetings by organizing agendas, presentations, and recaps.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist the Director in executing marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Asset Management: Oversee the development, review, and distribution of creative assets, working closely with Creative and Project Management teams.
- Content Coordination: Gather style guides, digital assets, and reference materials from partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Support post-campaign evaluations by compiling recap presentations and event post-mortems.
- Strategic Development: Identify and propose new marketing tactics to enhance engagement and optimize third-party partnerships.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Route and align marketing collateral across internal teams for approval and execution.
- Experience in client/partner-facing roles, brand partnerships, or sales partnerships.
- Strong skills in Project Management, Organization, Communication, and Partner Management.
- Familiarity with Marketing/Creative Deliveries & Asset Creation.
- Experience with data analysis on marketing campaigns/advertising.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
