As Human Resources Generalist, you will deliver measurable results in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining a talented and diverse staff who change students’ lives and transform student outcomes. You will accomplish this as part of a new Human Resources department working with others throughout the district to support:
- Compliant and inclusive hiring practices that widen the net of qualified, diverse, and interested candidates and enable us to identify and secure the strongest applicants
- Development and implementation of professional learning and accountability systems that result in measurable, improved practice/performance and outcomes
- People-centered Talent policies that celebrate, strengthen, and value our staff
- Monitoring and measurement of staff engagement coupled with prioritized initiatives, programs, and resources to address emerging challenges and opportunities
- Shaping and maintaining high-performing, data-driven, inclusive, and supportive district culture
- An efficient Human Resources department that maximizes client service and enhances operational effectiveness, with improved structures and systems
