THE POSITION
Rubenstein Communications is seeking a talented, motivated, and dynamic Digital Account Coordinator to provide research and content support for account executives and account teams across the firm on a diverse range of clients. This is an entry level opportunity.
The Digital Account Coordinator will assist with copywriting and producing digital content, including social media and web; social listening activities; influencer research and outreach; presentation and proposal preparation; and compiling client digital performance reports. Additionally, the Digital Account Coordinator will respond to basic client and internal account requests and support administrative tasks for the Digital team.
Rubenstein Communications’ clientele includes: global corporations, media and entertainment companies, financial services organizations, educational and cultural institutions, law firms, health care providers, not-for-profit organizations, real estate companies, business executives and public figures.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support high-impact digital campaigns across social channels, email, websites, digital advertising platforms, and influencers
- Utilize research tools to conduct audits and monitor digital platforms, analyze metrics, and support the team in their efforts to optimize content through data-driven decision making
- Lay out presentations, proofread/copyedit documents, and meet timelines for key deliverables
- Support team by providing digital research and competitor/industry insights which will inform recommended approaches and strategies
- Ensure that account managers are kept fully informed regarding activities and client plans
- Stay current and adaptable to industry trends, evolving social media landscape, and activities in assigned sectors
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong writer; capable of composing compelling copy for marketing content and communicating effectively internally and externally
- Must be well-organized and able to prioritize all daily activities with a keen eye for detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency under tight and shifting time pressures
- Be news savvy and up to date on current events
- Able to synthesize information into a concise format
- Able to take verbal direction quickly and accurately
- Exhibit initiative and the drive to succeed; creative, curious, and energetic personality
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data interpretation
- Knowledge and experience with different digital platforms, analytics/research tools, and content production software
- Familiarity with day-to-day tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, SproutSocial, Google Analytics, and others
- Basic understanding/familiarity with AI and LLMs
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- College degree preferred – focus in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field, is ideal
- Prior internship experience with a focus on Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Advertising, or Research/Data/Analytics is preferred
WORKPLACE | COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Workplace: We currently operate in a hybrid workplace model with designated on-site and remote workdays. Our schedule is Monday and Friday from home, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. Staffers are required to be within commuting distance of our office on remote/flexible days.
Compensation: Fixed at $45,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to): the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and business or organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary bonus not included in this pay range.
