Field Technician I/II

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced water management systems.
• Conducting field inspections and system diagnostics.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Providing client support on system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborating with project teams for successful project delivery.
• Adhering to safety and environmental protocols.
• Documenting field activities and report preparation.
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development.
• Assisting with inventory and equipment management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• For Technician I: 1-2 years of experience in any technical or hands-on field.
• For Technician II: 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a track record of problem-solving and leadership.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. During the first 6-12 months, higher travel (up to 50%) may be required to support training in other territories.

Physical Job Demands:

This role requires working in a variety of environmental conditions, including both hot and cold outdoor settings. Candidates should be comfortable and capable of wearing a respirator and other PPE as necessary for specific tasks. The position also involves significant physical activities such as standing for extended periods, driving to various locations, walking over uneven terrain, and lifting heavy loads. Applicants should have the ability to safely perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
