Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments and estimates.
- Educate homeowners and business owners about roofing options and solutions.
- Present and close sales contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and company expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, roofing materials, and company services.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and in-person consultations.
